5. Subscription and Payment
- Symptive offers subscription-based services with pricing as displayed in the App
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Payments are processed through the App Store or Google Play Store
- Refunds are subject to the policies of the respective app stores
- We may change pricing with notice, but changes won't affect current subscription periods
6. Intellectual Property
- All content in Symptive (design, text, graphics, logos, software) is owned by us or our licensors

- You retain ownership of the personal data you input into the App

11. Termination
